All participants must be 18 years or older. Good Girls Pole is a body-positive studio created with women and LGBTQ+ communities at its heart, while warmly welcoming all who respect our values. We celebrate femininity in all its forms—soft, strong, sensual, powerful, and expressive—and support every student in exploring movement, confidence, and self-expression in a respectful, affirming environment.
No experience is required for beginner-level classes such as Intro to Pole, Pole Foundations, or Sensual Movement & Flow. Each class description notes the appropriate level.
Classes may be booked as single drop-ins, class packs, series, or private events, depending on availability. Some experiences may also offer optional add-ons, which must be selected at booking.
· Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
· For events, parties, or private bookings, any remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the event date.
· Unpaid balances may result in cancellation without refund.
· Missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows are non-refundable.
· Class packs and series are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
· Private events are subject to the terms outlined in the event agreement.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing. Shorts are recommended for pole classes to allow for proper grip. Heels are optional and only required for designated heels classes. Knee pads are encouraged for floorwork-based classes.
There is a 5 minute grace period. For safety reasons, late entry may be denied once warm-up has begun. This helps reduce injury risk and maintains class flow.
No. Participants must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substances while attending classes or events. The studio reserves the right to deny participation without refund if this policy is violated .
Pole fitness is a physical activity that involves strength, coordination, and flexibility. By participating, you acknowledge the inherent risks and agree to move within your personal limits. Always inform your instructor of injuries or limitations prior to class.
Our poles are commercial-grade and installed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Based on X-Pole recommendations, most stage poles are rated to support up to approximately 330 lbs (150 kg) when properly assembled and used as instructed.
If you have questions or concerns about equipment limits, we encourage you to contact the studio privately—we are happy to discuss options and ensure you feel safe and supported.
From time to time, photos or videos may be taken for promotional and marketing purposes. - Participation in photos is optional. - You may decline at any time. - Any approved promotional images become the property of the studio.
Personal recording is allowed only with instructor approval and must not include other participants without their explicit consent.
Poles and equipment are cleaned regularly. Students are expected to wipe down poles before and after use and practice good personal hygiene.
Your comfort and safety matter. Please notify your instructor or staff immediately if you experience discomfort, inappropriate behavior, or need modifications.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated in accordance with studio policy and the specific booking terms. Promotional pricing, class packs, and events are typically non-refundable.
