Studio Policies

At Good Girls Pole, LLC, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming and secure environment for all participants. To maintain this standard, we have established the following studio policies:


Community Respect & Anti-Bullying Policy:

At Good Girls Pole, LLC, we cultivate a safe, empowering, and uplifting environment where everyone is celebrated. We believe in open, respectful communication and expect all members to interact with kindness and integrity. 

Any form of bullying or harmful behavior goes against our values and will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to: 

- Harassment (physical, verbal, or online) 

- Body shaming 

- Discrimination of any kind 

- Intimidation or actions that make others feel unwelcome or unsafe 

If someone engages in bullying behavior, their access to the studio may be limited to space rentals only for a period of time, depending on the severity of their actions. In extreme cases, membership may be revoked without refund. 

Good Girls Pole, LLC is a space for support, celebration, and self-expression. If you experience or witness behavior that undermines these values, please report it to us. Your privacy will be protected, and we will take the necessary steps to ensure a positive environment for all. 

By joining our community, you agree to uphold these principles and contribute to the energy of empowerment and respect that defines Good Girls Pole, LLC.


Class Schedule:

Classes start promptly. There is a 5 minute grace period. Students who arrive after the grace period will not be permitted and will forfeit their booking. No refunds or credits will be issued. Students MUST participate in the warm up activities at the beginning of each class.


Cancellations:

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance via our scheduling system to avoid losing class credits. Cancellation made 4 hours or less you forfeit your credit.

We encourage you to sign up early! If fewer than two people are registered three hours before class, the session will be canceled or changed to an open pole as well as shorten to 45min class at the discretion of the studio.

Each class subject to a $15 no show/late cancel fee.

Class Packages & Expiration Policy:

At Good Girls Pole, LLC we want you to make the most of your class credits! Each credit comes with a designated booking window and expiration date. To ensure availability, bookings must be scheduled before the credit expires. If a credit expires, you have up to 30 days to schedule a class using it. However, after this grace period, unused credits will not roll over or be refunded. Please check your specific pricing option for its expiration details. 

Class packs and unlimited packages subject to $15 no show/late cancel feel. Unlimited packages may be suspended after two no-shows or late cancellations.

Class packs, memberships, workshops, and other services are non-refundable and non-transferable.


Payment and Pricing:

Prices and class offerings are subject to change without notice. Discounts or promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

Payment is required at booking via accepted methods (credit/debit cards, online systems). Failed payments must be resolved within 24 hours to avoid service interruptions.

By enrolling in class you authorize Good Girls Pole, LLC to charge your credit card saved on file for agreed upon purchases. I understand that my information will be saved to file for future transactions on my account.


Safety, Respect and Conduct : 

Good Girls Pole, LLC is a space of empowerment, inclusivity, and mutual respect. All students are expected to treat instructors, staff, and fellow members with kindness and consideration. Any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the studio.

Your well-being is our priority. Students must follow instructor guidance at all times and should only attempt movements appropriate for their skill level with proper supervision. This ensures a safe and supportive environment for everyone.

Students are responsible for their belongings. Good Girls Pole, LLC is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

No alcohol consumption is allowed before class. If Good Girls Pole staff suspects that you are under the influence of alcohol or illicit substances, you will be asked to sit the class out, or to leave, with no refund or credit given.

No food or drink (except water) is allowed in the main studio. If you are hosting a party, refreshments are allowed in a designated area of the studio. 

Outside guests are not permitted in the studio during class unless approved by staff.


Injury/Health Conditions:

Inform instructors of injuries or conditions before class. Any one injured will require medical clearance from licensed doctor that states "participant may return to all fitness activities" to return back to the studio. If you're pregnant or have recently given birth, please provide a doctor's note confirming you're fit to participate.

Students will stop dancing at the first sign of fatigue, injury, or discomfort. Do not push yourself.

Age Requirements:

Participants must be 18 years or older to join our classes. 


Liability:

All clients must sign a liability waiver before taking part in any activities at Good Girls Pole. This waiver acknowledges the potential risks involved, including but not limited to injury or damage to personal property.

Your safety is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we maintain a secure and empowering space for all! 


Intellectual Property:

Good Girls Pole, LLC retains ownership of its content, services, and materials. These may not be reproduced without prior consent.


Termination of Service:

Good Girls Pole, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.


Governing Law:

These terms are governed by applicable local and national laws.

By participating in any Good Girls Pole, LLC class or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive and safe environment!


Good Girls Pole LLC Filming Release and Consent

• By entering the premises of Good Girls Pole LLC, I hereby grant Good Girls Pole, LLC permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, audio, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

• I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Good Girls Pole LLC and will not be returned.

• I hereby irrevocably authorize Good Girls Pole LLC to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.

• I hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge Good Girls Pole LLC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization

PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.


DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA


BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.


LAW ENFORCEMENT

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose Your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.


CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.



CLASSROOM POLICIES AND SAFETY RULES

• Our environment is safe, supportive, and nourishing. Please refrain from making any negative comments, or exhibiting any negative attitudes towards yourself, or other students. We hope that all students will openly encourage and complement each other. Negative words or behavior will not be tolerated in our space.

• No pictures or videos may be taken in classes without instructor and participant permission. If any students agree to be photographed, or recorded by another student or visitor, such agreement is solely at their own discretion and risk. Good Girls Pole LLC is not responsible for where those pictures or videos end up.

• Cell phones are allowed, but please step out of the classroom to make, or receive calls during class.

• Please abstain from loud, disruptive behavior such as loud laughing, excessive talking, or playfulness during our classes; as these behaviors can interfere with student learning.

• No refunds or credits will be issued to students who drop out of class at any time, or who miss any classes for any reason.

• We do not offer make-up classes.

• Students are expected to call the main number if they cannot attend class. Do NOT use text messaging to cancel a class or session. Email is only acceptable if canceling with 4 hours’ notice. A cancellation through our scheduling system is the only acceptable means of cancellation and should be done within 4 hours of the scheduled class time.

• Classes and prices are subject to change without notice.

• Each student gives Good Girls Pole LLC the right and valid authorization to charge student’s credit card(s) for any fees incurred by Good Girls Pole LLC due to student’s credit card being invalid, expiring, and/or for any charge backs. If student’s credit card expires and/or is invalid, student shall provide a valid credit card within 24 hours of Good Girls Pole LLC’s request. Student is liable for any and all fees incurred by Good Girls Pole LLC.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

• Class Packs, Memberships, and Classes are non- transferable.

• We have implemented a new 4-hour cancellation policy: If you book a class, it is yours!

• You may cancel 4 hours beforehand. If you cancel, it will automatically go to the first person on the waiting list. If you cancel within the 4-hour period, you will lose your class credit. Please note: NO REFUNDS. Class begins exactly on time so late-comers will not be permitted once class commences.

Unlimited packages will be suspended for No-show and class cancellations ( limit 2) made in less than 4 hours before the scheduled class .

• Classes that end up with fewer than 2 students in attendance will be shortened by 15 minutes will be considered Open Practice time and will not include any additional curriculum. This Open Practice time will not include new material or moves. An instructor will be present for safety and support. 

• No alcohol consumption is allowed before class. If you smell of alcohol, or are deemed to be acting erratically, you will be asked to sit the class out, or to leave, with no refund or credit given.

• No gum, candy, or other solid foods are allowed during class.

• Stay hydrated with frequent water intake before and after each class.

• Appropriate clothing should be worn during classes. Shorts, leggings, tank tops, sports bras, or pole wear are all welcome. Please be mindful that skin to pole contact is recommended to avoid slipping or falling off of the pole. Please no “street” or outside shoes in the main studio.  

• Heels are optional but must have ankle straps and non-marking soles.

• Knee pads are strongly recommended for floorwork and heels classes.

• Students will not come to class with oils or lotions applied to their skin; as this is a safety hazard to others sharing the equipment.

• Students shall not wear perfumes, or other types of scents to class; as other students may be allergic to these products.

• Students must remove all body jewelry on hands, wrists, feet, ankles, or midsection to avoid injury. Likewise, all piercings must be either removed, padded, or covered.

• Students will stop dancing at the first sign of fatigue, injury, or discomfort. Do not push yourself.

• If you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant, please ensure that you have medical clearance from your attending physician for continued participation in classes. 

• Students may not use the poles or other apparatus if an instructor is not in the room.

• Students will not attempt any moves that they have not been instructed on in Good Girls Pole LLC classes.

• Students may not assist, or instruct other students about moves during class, or on Good Girls Pole LLC premises.

• Students are responsible for notifying instructors of any injuries sustained during the week at the beginning of each class, and will immediately notify instructor of any injury or strain that may arise during class.

·  An emergency contact on file is required for each student. 

• Any students who have injuries or health conditions must obtain and submit a medical release form prior to starting, or continuing any class, activity, or program.

• Students MUST participate in the warm up activities at the beginning of each class.

• All valuables should either be left at home, locked in your car, or locked up in lockers—if available.

• All personal belongings must be kept out of the way when in the classroom—to avoid injury or mishap.

• Pole instructors and students aspiring to become instructors are welcome, but must disclose their status, and sign a non-compete contract.

• Any student who blatantly or repeatedly refuses to adhere to these policies will be asked to leave, will not be allowed to return, and will receive NO form of refund or credit.


CLEANING POLICY


Cleaning Protocols


Good Girls Pole LLC will continue to maintain its high level of cleanliness. In addition, the studio will be cleaned before and after each class with rigorous cleaning protocols and EPA registered disinfectants.

Prohibited Items

Students are not allowed to bring their own towels. Towels will be provided by Good Girls Pole LLC and discarded between each class. Towels will be cleaned on a daily basis.

Sanitation

Students will be provided with hand sanitizer prior to and during each class. The hand sanitizer kills up to 99.9% of germs and includes at least 60% ethyl alcohol. Students are also encouraged to bring their own hand sanitizer.

Students are required to use disinfectant wipes and/or sanitizer on poles, lyras, and yoga mats before and after use in addition to Good Girls Pole LLC’s cleaning protocols.
